The two listed properties at Weender Straße 22 and 24 in a prime city centre location directly on the Göttinger Markt with a total of 1750m² of rental space were extensively renovated in 2013 and 2014 and fully put back into use.

On 1050 m², the drugstore DM has moved in on the ground and first floor. Apartments have been created on the floors above.

Thanks to the extensive renovation in line with the preservation order, a historic part of Göttingen's city centre has been preserved and at the same time transformed into a future-oriented concept.
