The Kurth Group has its head office in Göttingen and a further office in Berlin since the seventies. The company's own team covers all areas of real estate management from letting and tenant support to technical and commercial tasks. Residential and commercial buildings are managed in-house, as are hydroelectric power plants and other special properties.

 

The letting activities range from the presentation of vacant rental space to the negotiation and drafting of rental agreements as well as other building-specific contracts by our legal department. The finance department is responsible for the collection and administration of rent, the adjustment of rents in the case of index and graduated rent agreements, the management of accounts receivable, the service charge, deposit statements as well as property reporting.

 

The building department deals with the planning of new construction projects as well as supporting our tenants in technical matters and the renovation and repair of the buildings. All over Germany, the properties are maintained to a high standard by our own technicians in cooperation with specialist companies and are regularly inspected.

 

Thanks to an experienced and well-rehearsed team, all tasks arising in the Kurth Group are in trustworthy and experienced hands.
