The Bavariaring 28 office building in Munich was acquired in 2017 together with a portfolio of nine residential and commercial properties. The properties range from Munich and Nürnberg in the south, to Bonn and Berlin, to the north of Germany in Hamburg and Neustadt in Holstein. Three of the nine properties were sold, the remaining properties stay in the Kurth Group's portfolio.
