For three generations, the Kurth Group has operated successfully in the construction and real estate sector.

Originally founded as an architectural office with the commissioning and execution of conventional construction work for private and public clients, in the 1960s, the company developed into a nationwide operating construction company in the field of industrial prefabricated construction.

In addition to public and commercial clients, construction services were provided for private clients in the single and multi-family house sector. All activities such as property procurement, financing, architecture and structural engineering, as well as building services and construction of all sort were carried out in-house.

Furthermore, the Kurth Group became involved in the production of renewable energies at an early stage. Already since the 1990s, hydroelectric power plants have been planned, built and operated throughout Germany.

Today, the entrepreneurial activities of the family-run Kurth Group focus on project development of all types of real estate for its own portfolio. Residential and commercial buildings, district developments, retail parks and other more distinct real estate classes are accompanied by the company's own employees from the application for planning permission to completion. In addition to the development, the Kurth Group regularly purchases existing buildings with a long term investment vision.
